I tink’ we’re onto a winner here – Ms. Higgins.
Our favourite Irish beauty seems to have solidified her position in fashion royalty after an unassuming stint on the U.S. airwaves.
Maura, 35, who rose to fame on Love Island U.K. back in 2019, was admittedly, always a bombshell, rocket, whatever terms the streets would use to describe the absolutely stunning woman she is.
I will admit this. The former Love Island USA host did not instantly strike me as a versatile fashion enigma. She has since proven to be one.

Love Island boost.
A fiery relatable brunette from Ballymahon, Ireland, it was her personality that was front and centre, endeering her to viewers.
But her style during her time on the ITV2 dating show didn’t give much away – not bad, not remarkable, very much on trend for the times.
She’s always looked good – but not once do I remember her having a ‘chic’ moment in Majorca.
But, saying that, there were signs of what was to come though, with the influencer carefully curating her image over the years and militantly avoiding brand deals that might affect her potential to make an impact within high fashion circles.
Brand deals.
Post-villa, her partnership with Ann Summers was well thought out venture, with TV star inking a deal with the British lingerie maker quickly after her return to the UK from filming in 2019.
While still at the higher-end side of the British lingerie market, her content was crafted to maximise her social reach with both men (who follow her for her sex appeal), and women (who follow her for aesthetic and style) sending her engagements soaring.
She worked with them for a number of years, with 2023 seemingly becoming the final year of their partnership (I can’t see much more of their collaborations beyond this point).
Now sitting at a whopping 4.2million Instagram followers, her deals since then have all ranged from mid to upper-tier luxury clothing brands, including upmarket gymwear makers Alo, while her Instagram feed showed the makeup getting bolder and her outfits getting c**tier by the day.
For some reason, I knew when I saw her multiple stays at Soho Farmhouse over the last year (and the fact she managed to brush off that Danny Jones BRIT Awards drama), that she was onto some big things.

Needless to say, I was impressed at the trajectory of her fashion evolution from just monitoring her Instagram feed in 2025 alone.
The Traitors USA.
2026 though, the woman is not letting us BREATHE.
She might love you to think the success came from nowhere – “from pinky promises to press tours and Birkins”, she previously wrote on Instagram, but its clear she and her team put in the ground work beforehand.
Just six months ago, she reportedly inked a SIX-FIGURE deal with the newly revamped Victoria’s Secret brand (which could see her hit the runway – eyes peeled).
And her recent appearance in The Traitors US, which went down a treat with viewers, has really opened up doors for her in a way I never expected, but I’m not surprised by.
Of course, it’s deserved. She is phenomenal. As a person. As a TV star. As a model. She’s utterly delightful.
And her stylings throughout the show and press tour were nothing short of show-stopping – with her team amped up to ensure the star dominates the tabloids in head-to-toe couture, undoubtably garnering the attention of creative directors across the fashion world.
She really turned up. And delivered. She is the moment.

The moment.
In fact, I’ll even admit now that I often find myself flicking through celebrity red carpet snaps from awards ceremonies, in hopes of catching a glimpse of another one of her iconic old Hollywood looks.
And she’s certainly been given the platform to pull them off in style, attending both the Golden Globes and BAFTA’s in full couture during a packed awards season.
Currently, no one in her field is doing it better. Not even Olandria.
I knew this would be the case though, after she signed with LA-based Creatvie Arts Agency (CAA), a HUGE entertainment management company (I’ve worked with their UK counterparts and I can tell you – they don’t just sign anyone).
Since then, her and her team of stylists really found her identity – setting her apart from the swathe of nepo babies and rich kids that pepper our algorithms daily with uninspired content.
It’s interesting to see also how stylistically different she is to her bestie and 2019 Love Island co-star Molly-Mae Hague, who we know went down the more minimalistic route of fashion.
Ms Higgins has other ideas though.
The metallic blue look for the LaQuan Smith fashion show was one of my favourite looks of NYFW this season.
Bold, vibrant and tailored – a blend of sophistication and sultriness that you can’t quite keep your eye away from. It was the perfect shad for our Maur.

The fact she was invited and EVEN dressed for the show at all speaks to her new relevancy within exclusive fashion circles – no doubt aided by a close relationship with fellow Traitors US star and former Beverley Hills housewife Lisa Rinna – whose daughters, particularly Amelia Gray, are also making big waves in the modelling world.
2026 shows no signs of slowing down for the Irish national treasure, social media’s new Birkin poster girl – not a bad role to take on after finishing runner-up to co-star and close pal Rob Rausch.
I’ll happily have some more of Maura, and I’m advising TV bosses to snap her up quick for the next gig. Purely for fashion purposes.
Please and tank’ you.
